Concierge fees — Depending on the complexity of your trip and services provided, a concierge fee may apply. Returning clients receive 10% off any applicable concierge fee.
Commission — I may earn commission from some travel partners, but I never limit recommendations to commissionable properties or services. Recommendations are based on your preferences and priorities to create a high-value, personalized trip.

Our Services
For service tiers, a “destination” is a place where you stay overnight, requiring its own lodging or logistical planning. Day trips and excursions from a home base do not count as additional destinations.
Simply Book Me | No Fee
Perfect for travelers who know exactly where they want to go and stay! Think business trip, repeat visit, favorite cruise, or those who love to do the planning themselves. As your travel advisor, I can book you with the best rates, secure available perks, and act as your single point of contact for support.
Laid-Back Getaway | 1 Destination | $125
Perfect for a resort vacation, city escape, cruise, or exploring a region from one home base.
Relaxed Explorer | 2-3 Destinations | $225
For travelers who want to experience a few destinations while balancing relaxation and variety.
Destination Hopper | 4-5 Destinations | $350
For travelers ready to explore multiple cities, regions, or destinations with a thoughtfully coordinated itinerary.
Extra Long Adventure | 6+ Destinations | Starting at $450
Complex, multi-stop itineraries receive a custom planning proposal based on the scope of your trip.
Trip Takeover | No Fee
Already booked your stay, but wish you had an advisor to help manage it? I may be able to take over an existing hotel reservation as the advisor of record. Once transferred, I can help manage your reservation, coordinate changes or requests, and secure partner perks when available. I can also coordinate the remaining details of your trip, giving you one point of contact and ongoing support before, during, and after your stay.
Destination Discovery | $100 Deposit
Not sure where you want to go? I’ll take your wish list, budget, travel style, and priorities to propose three destinations that could be a great fit. If you book your trip with Travel Curated by Flo, your $100 discovery fee will be credited toward your concierge fee.
